I am a professional graphic artist and designer born in Zima (Siberia), a town whose name translates to “winter.” My artistic journey began there, balancing regular high school with evening art classes.
In 1993, I entered the Kopylov Irkutsk Art College (Faculty of Design and Decorative Arts), training in easel painting, academic drawing, composition, art history, and color theory. As a member of the local Club of Young Graphic Designers, I frequently exhibited my work at the Union of Artists.
Since moving to St. Petersburg in 2003, I have continued to expand my design and artistic career. From 2010 to 2022, I held annual solo exhibitions and joined group shows in Ticino, Switzerland. A major highlight includes a 2011 international exhibition in Montalbano sponsored by Raiffeisen Bank, which earned critical acclaim. That same year, my art was showcased at the "Russian Week in Switzerland" conference, honoring the 50th anniversary of Gagarin's space flight.
Seeking to blend Western and Eastern traditions, in March 2015 I pursued a Master’s degree at Wonkwang University (South Korea), focusing on Chinese and Korean calligraphy, language, and East Asian art history.
Today, I balance my fine art with commercial projects, applying my expertise to book illustration (including children's books), branding, and interior decor. My graphic pieces are held in private collections across the US, Switzerland, Russia, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, and beyond.
